Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of QuickTapID services, including NFC cards and hosted tap profile pages (the “Service”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we provide
- NFC cards programmed to open your QuickTapID profile URL.
- Hosted tap profile page on quicktapid.com with links and contact buttons you provide.
- Basic updates as described on the website at the time of purchase.
2. Customer responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (name, links, booking URL, phone/email, images, etc.).
- You confirm you have rights to any content you provide (logos, photos, trademarks, and copy).
- You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
3. Prohibited content and uses
- Illegal activity, scams, or impersonation.
- Harassment, threats, hate content, or explicit content intended to harm others.
- Malware, phishing links, deceptive redirects, or anything that puts users at risk.
We may suspend or disable pages that violate these rules, or that create security or legal risk.
4. Billing, renewals, and cancellation
- Payments are processed through our payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- If payment fails or a subscription is canceled/unpaid, the profile may remain live for a limited period and then go offline, as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping and delivery
- Shipping timelines depend on onboarding completion and production time.
- You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs/handling issues.
6. Updates and changes
Update limits, included changes, and pricing for additional updates are listed on the website and may vary over time. Your plan includes the benefits shown at the time you purchased.
7. Service availability
We aim for high uptime, but the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We do not guarantee that using the Service will increase bookings, sales, or revenue.
- Tap functionality depends on NFC support and settings on the user’s device.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickTapID is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to QuickTapID in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if your page creates risk for QuickTapID or others. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal (if provided) or by contacting us.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
